Property Highlights

The property previously housed a Fred's store, a furniture store, and most recently, an auction company. At the time of the assessment, the property had been vacant for three years. Moving Manila Forward, a non-profit organization, requested a TBA as a prospective purchaser with intentions to redevelop the property in an effort to help revitalize the downtown area and remove a vacancy from the downtown community. The Phase I ESA was never completed due to access issues.
