Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of two 9.37-acre parcels of land listed as Carbon County Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APNs) 1B-0502-096A and 1B-0502-096A. The Property is improved with an approximately 33,700 square-foot building that is currently used as a community center. The Property building is believed to have been constructed in the early 1950s and was donated to the City of East Carbon by the Carbon School District. The building is currently used for youth activities but the City wants to schedule more activities but is concerned about potential safety hazards. It is believed that the RBM survey will address these concerns.
