Property Highlights

Former Use: Prior to 1953 the property was residential property. From December of 1953 until 2001 the property was operated as a salvage yard by several owners. A review of several aerial photos indicates that a railroad line crossed the property at one time but it was removed between 1981 and 1991. The city of Redfield purchased the property in 2001 and removed the salvage yard material. The property was cleared, subdivided and platted in 8 residential lots.
