Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is a small grass covered city park called Porter Park and contains no buildings or development. Previous uses include hydraulic canal use by the International Paper Company's Niagara Falls Plant, stone yard, and a city park since 1958. The property contains an old stone French chimney, which is the only remaining vestige of the original Fort Little Niagara that burned in 1759.
