Additional Property Attributes

Property has been entered into state voluntary cleanup program, and has been transferred to RACDC local development corporation for planned reuse as multiple housing units. Very minor PAH cleanup needed. PPF attached to QR 4 , 7/1/06-9/30/06

Former Use: The property has small older metal plating business. Property removal action done years ago on property, but building is collapsing and needs to be removed prior to reuse.
