Property Highlights

Former Use: Property formerly owned by Columbus Clay Manufacturing Company. The clay pit/brick manufacturing facility was leased and used as a demolition landfill in 1973. The property was issued a solid waste disposal license by the Ohio EPA in May 1975. The Bedford II landfill reportedly accepted waste until August 1978. The landfill operated for approximately 5 years and closed in 1978.
