Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The southern portion of the property was developed prior to 1895 for residential purposes. The remainder of the property was developed in the early 1900s for use with a lumberyard located to the west of the property. The lumberyard reatures were present at the property until 1949, at which time the property was improved by the current structure. The property was then utilized as an automobile sales and service facility until 2003. The residential structure located on the southern portion of the property was demolished prior to 1961. At this time, the property parking was expanded to the south.
