Additional Property Attributes

Current owner is attempting to determine the best way to follow up on the additional Environmental Site Assessment work recommended by the Phase 1 ESA. No assessment activity has occurred at the property since the Phase 1 was completed in August, 2008.

Former Use: Property was purchased by the owner in 1982 and has been used as an automotive painting and repair shop since then. Previously there were gas pumps at the site when it was used as a general store. The Town of Hartford put a road through the parcel and may have buried some underground tanks, or they may have been pulled.
