Additional Property Attributes

There is a 31,500 SF brick industrial building on the 52 Main St parcel currently occupied by several firms. A second (33,500 SF)structure located on portions of both parcels houses commercial and retail businesses.

Former Use: Site consists of two rectagularly shaped industrially zoned parcels: 28 Hilliard St is 1.25 acres and 52 Main St is 2.0 acres. Former Carlyle Johnson Machine Company manufactured industrial clutches, gears and brakes from 1905 until approximately 1995. Other uses also concurrently occupied parts of the site: sewing and knitting needle manufacturers from the late 1910's to mid 1940's and a toy company.
